For low cost pressings made in China, we have modern plant and equipment and many power presses, the largest being 300 tonne continuous coil-fed machines. We have Mig and Tig welding facilities and the ability to bend and weld tube. We have our own modern powder coating plant.
Our second factory in china is relatively new and we have ample capacity to take on new products. High volume low cost pressings are a speciality.
We already supply major European and American customers with volume precision parts and pressings. We are ISO 9000 accredited and are currently producing to 6 Sigma standards. We have already instigated “5S” and other Lean Manufacturing standards
We are a Western oriented business that believes in building LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS with our customers. We can only do that by giving consistent low cost, good value with an open culture and good communication. We have a policy of continuous improvement and always welcome new ideas.
We are happy to go “Open Book” on our costings and work with our customers to value engineer cost out of products.
Tooling is made in house and costs are very low, even by Chinese standards. Tools, once paid for, are guaranteed for life as we will replace any worn tools free of charge as a thank you for the business already received.
Tooling lead times are generally about 30-45 days and manufacturing times 15-30 days although we are always prepared to improve on these times if necessary. With the right agreements in place to cover liabilities, we will hold stock in China, thereby eliminating the need for lead times.
